Passionate about cars, motorbikes and speed, Philip fulfilled his dream with a career in international motor racing. He travelled the world promoting Touring Cars, World Rally, MotoGP championships and F1as well as many of its famous drivers. After 25 years in California, he decided to get back to his roots in Warwick and start the Ronnie's franchise: "I wanted to try and get some of the money back that I had spent from the other side of the bar!"

A career in fashion and interior design, both in Europe and the United States gave Sophia the ideal platform to create the fusion decor that defines Ronnie's Bar. Highly inspired by the fast paced, high energy and bright lights of LA, Sophia wanted to combine this with a traditional English country club giving it a unique style and atmosphere. Music and dancing are an important part of life and Sophia is passionate about bringing this vibe to Ronnie's: "I am the original 80s party girl"

Hey! If I'm not at work, you'll probably find me at a concert or drinking a sex on the beach! I'm very clued up about (drinking) cocktails!

I love a Guinness and if I'm feeling fancy (or I'm not paying) I'll go for an old fashioned. I'm always up for a chat so say hello when you are next in.

A Guinness guru and MMA enthusiast. Love a Harry Potter film with my favourite character being Ron(nie) Weasley of course. When I’m not working behind the bar, you’ll most likely see me sitting outside enjoying one of our many fantastic pints on offer. Cheers!

I'm an actor so if I'm not pretending to enjoy you telling me how your day's been and what you do for work, you'll most likely catch me memorising cocktail ingredients or failing to pull a pint. See you at the bar - I'm only 5'5" so you won't see me unless I'm walking around!

You'll catch me getting shouted at for picking up someone's glass too early or jumping out my skin when Arun shouts "anyone waiting" !

You'll see me pouring pints at Ronnies, but catch me anywhere else and I'll be drinking them! I'm a newcomer to the Ronnies lifestyle but I'm already hooked. I'd trade a kidney for a post-shift pizza!
